SHIPPING

Shipping Times & Costs

Our creations are shipped within a maximum of 5 business days. This timeframe corresponds to our preparation period before dispatch.

After shipping, delivery times vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method:

France 🇫🇷

  • Colissimo Standard (free): 2 to 4 business days
  • DHL Express: 48h – €20

International 🌍

  • Standard: 2 to 10 business days, depending on the country
  • DHL Express: 1 to 3 business days, depending on the country

United Arab Emirates 🇦🇪

  • Standard (free): 3 to 5 business days
  • DHL Express: 24 to 48h – 100 AED

🚛 All indicated delivery times are in business days and correspond to carrier estimates.

📦 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor its delivery in real time.

💰 Customs Duties & Taxes:
All customs duties, taxes, or other charges related to international shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you love your Saeta Paris creation, but if it doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 14 days from receipt of your package to request a return.

How to Request a Return?

  • The request must be made via email to contact@saeta-paris.com.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and in brand-new condition.
  • Returns & exchanges are accepted only if the items have never been worn, are in perfect condition, stain-free, clean, and in their original state.
  • Returns within France and the UAE are free.
  • All customs duties, taxes, or other charges related to international returns are the sole responsibility of the customer.

📅 The return period is determined by the delivery date recorded by the carrier.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund using the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after the return has been validated.

EXCHANGES

If the size or model doesn’t suit you, we offer an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Request an Exchange?

  • Contact us at contact@saeta-paris.com specifying the desired size/model.
  • Return the item in its original packaging, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • Once the returned piece has been received and verified, we will ship the new item within 3 business days (subject to availability).
