SHIPPING

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are shipped within a maximum of 5 business days. This timeframe corresponds to our preparation time before dispatch.

After that, delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen:

France

  • Colissimo Standard (2 to 4 days): Free
  • DHL Express 48H: 20€

EU

  • Standard (2 to 5 business days): Free for orders of 250€ and above, otherwise 10€
  • DHL Express (48h to 72h): 30€

Switzerland

  • Standard (2 to 5 business days): Free for orders of 250€ and above, otherwise 10€
  • DHL Express (48h to 72h): 30€

USA

  • Standard (2 to 7 business days): Free for orders of 250€ and above, otherwise 15€
  • DHL Express (48h to 72h): 40€

United Arab Emirates

  • Standard (3 to 5 days): 0€ (Free)
  • DHL Express (24 to 48h): 100 AED

International

  • Standard (5 to 10 days depending on the country): Free for orders of 250€ and above, otherwise 15€

All customs duties, taxes, or any other charges related to international delivery are entirely the customer's responsibility.

⏳ All estimated delivery times are in business days and correspond to carrier timeframes.

📦 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor its real-time progress.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you love your Saeta Paris piece, but if you are not fully satisfied, you have 14 days after receiving your package to request a return.

How to make a return?

  • The request must be made via email at contact@saeta-paris.com
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and in new condition.
  • Items for returns and exchanges are only accepted if they have not been worn, are new, stain-free, clean, and in their original condition.
  • Returns within France and the United Arab Emirates are free.
  • All customs duties, taxes, or any other charges related to international returns are entirely the customer's responsibility.
  • The delivery date provided by the carrier is considered the official reference for return eligibility.

Refunds

  • Once the return has been received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund to the original payment method.
  • The refund will be processed within 7 business days after return validation.

EXCHANGES

If the size or model does not fit, we offer exchanges within 14 days after receiving your order.

How to make an exchange?

  • Contact us at contact@saeta-paris.com specifying the desired size/model.
  • Return the item in its original packaging, unworn, and with its tags attached.
  • Once the returned item has been received and checked, we will ship the new order within 5 business days (subject to availability).
